Remote Access
Many of our services require remote access to your computer or device. By authorizing remote access, you acknowledge that our technicians will be able to view your screen and access your files as necessary to diagnose and resolve technical issues. You are responsible for backing up important data before allowing remote access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
